Dividing decimals by whole
numbers.
EXAMPLE:
11 ÷ 8
7.3 ÷ 4
To divide by a
decimal, multiply both numbers by 10, 100,
1000, … so that the decimal you are dividing by becomes a
whole number. Now divide the 2 numbers to get the answer.

Then a number is divided by a decimal between 0 and 1, the answer will he larger that the staring number.
